Austintown Rehabilitation Services is one of five outpatient sites that is part of Forum Health Rehabilitation Services, the area’s largest proactive network of rehabilitation facilities.  Comprehensive outpatient physical rehab services are available for orthopedics, sports and industrial injuries, arthritis, stroke, neurological disorders and a variety of other conditions.

 The facility features a spacious therapy area, an expanded gym, exercise equipment, a hydrotherapy room with therapeutic pool and other equipment.

Experienced license therapists provided expert care for physical therapy, occupational therapy, pediatric, hand therapy, aquatic therapy, industrial rehabilitation, work simulation and conditioning, function capacity evaluations, sports medicine and other specialized services, as well as case management and wellness.
