At Austintown Medical Park, you will find treatment for minor illnesses and injuries from the highly skilled team of physicians, registered nurses and other allied health professionals at Austintown Immediate Care.  Equipped with state-of-the-art technology, Austintown Imaging Center offers a wide range of diagnostic radiology and medical imaging procedures, such as open MRI, mammography, general radiology, spiral CT and ultrasound for physicians and their patients. For patients with sports or work injuries, arthritis, orthopedic problems, neurological disorders and other conditions, Austintown Rehabilitation Services offers comprehensive outpatient rehabilitation services such as physical and occupational therapy, sports medicine, work simulation/conditioning, hand therapy, aquatics and other specialized services.  Austintown Medical Park is also home to Forum Health Outreach Laboratories, WorkMED and several of the area’s leading primary care and subspecialty physicians.
